Great service. Got two used tires with lots of life left and they matched the current tires I had on the car. Was in and out in 10 min. Price was great. Would really recommend this shop

They do a great job but the manager just wants to make money, it can be understandable but quite annoying , I had them change a tire for me , I drove and realized the balancing was off , I went back for wheel balancing then they realized the rim is bad and he charged me a $10 for that . This is what they ought to have observed when they changed the tire . I didn’t argue with him, I paid but customer service is zero on the part of the manager. It’s not always about money but customer retention. Floor guys are great though.

This place will 100% charge you overpriced if you don’t know your stuff. I went to have 4 tires mounted and balanced on my spare set of wheels. The guy working quoted me $15 for each valve stem and additional $45 for the mounting and balance for each individual tire. That’s outrageous and not normal… I knew I was getting scammed because the other day I happened to be at Walmart and saw new valve stem replacement was $3. I told the worker that was crazy to charge so much and he shook his head, threw his hands up and walked away. Very unprofessional!! I went down the street to AJAX tire on Montopolis and Felix Ave and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. After my bad experience at Jimenez Guerrero Tire Shop I went directly to Ajax and Phillip took care of me. $100 out the door 4 tires mounted, computer balanced and valve stems installed. Now that’s normal pricing. I never write negative reviews but after I’ve given Jimenez Guerrero Tire shop my business countless times for flats and to then to get hit with those outrageous prices seems justified for this review.

I bought 2 used tires from here last week, for $150...for 2! And one of them just popped today, bad tread on them! Just wasted $150 because the other has bad tread too! If you're buying used tires from here. Be SURE to check them before you leave! But I know I won't be back and WILL NOT be referring anyone else.

Instant service with a smile. All other shops need to take some lessons from these guys, they know what they are doing.They were so quick in patching my tire it might as well have been a NASCAR pitstop! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! The best $20 I spent all month.
